Takaje is the only system in the world that allows you to vacuum-seal products that have already been opened, such as sauces or jams, making them as fresh as when first packaged.
THE VALVE
The idea that creates the vacuum around

A red rubber and carbon disc, no bigger than a coin, capable of revolutionizing the concept of food preservation. An idea that combines practicality, savings, ease of use, and environmental consciousness, transforming any glass container — new or reused — into a perfect vacuum storage solution.
The Takaje valve can be used on glass containers of any size, whether new or previously used, as long as they have a metal lid. The system is perfect for preserving all types of food. It extends the shelf life of foods and prolongs the life of glass containers, helping to reduce waste and environmental impact.
With the extension tube provided with the Vacuum Machine, vacuum-sealing any type of food — solid or liquid — into a jar is quick and easy. And with the Vacuum Pump, small and convenient to carry, you can easily vacuum-seal even when you're away from home.

THE DESIGN
Form and substance for the best performance
The design concept blends two ideas: aesthetic value and functionality. One cannot exist without the other. In a true design object, beauty serves its practical use, and vice versa.
This is why Takaje is a pure example of industrial design: every detail has a precise practical purpose, and every function has its own aesthetic form. Takaje is an idea conceived and created in Turin by Tre Spade: 100% made in Italy, just like the culinary tradition it was born to preserve.

The valve
The special rubber sealing blades adhere perfectly to the surface of the lid, ensuring an airtight vacuum seal.
Made from food-grade rubber, the Takaje valve is unmistakable: a true seal of quality for your vacuum-packed foods.
The carbon spear tip anchors securely onto metal surfaces. Once applied, the valve becomes an integral part of the lid.

The bottle cap
The bottle stopper is made from soft food-grade silicone and is easily washable, ensuring perfect hygiene at all times.
The neck of the stopper features a special profiled design, crafted to ensure maximum sealing with the most common types of bottles.
The top part of the stopper integrates the Takaje valve: it can be used with both the Takaje Vacuum Machine and the Vacuum Pump.

The vacuum sealer
The Takaje Vacuum Machine features a removable tray for easy and thorough cleaning after each use.
The sealing bar is 3 mm thick and highly heat-resistant to ensure top performance.
The 45° inclined suction chamber makes it easier to insert the bag, reduces waste, and protects the machine by preventing liquid aspiration.
The special suction hose for use with the Takaje valve is integrated into the machine body and is simple to use.

The manual vacuum pump
The Takaje Vacuum Pump nozzle is designed to wrap around the valve and draw air out of the container.
The removable handle is designed to store the valves: everything in one place, functional and efficient.
The handle features a special snap closure and opens easily with a single gesture.
Two concentric cylinders, inserted one inside the other, operate mechanically to extract air from the container.
