Online sales operations for FACEM S.p.A. are exclusively managed by our partner, Calicantus S.r.l., responsible for order processing, invoice issuance, and shipping of the products offered on our website.

Delivery of goods and shipping costs. All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l. will be shipped via Express Courier (national and international) to the delivery address provided by the Customer. A shipping fee will be charged and displayed during the purchase process and on the “Order Confirmation” form, based on the destination country. Indicatively, shipping costs vary depending on weight/volume and have a minimum standard cost of €7.90 for Italy and €12 for Europe. FACEM S.p.A and its eShop Partner Calicantus reserve the right to apply discounted or waived shipping costs, both in Italy and abroad, by announcing such offers in advance on the website. Product shipment will occur only after the order amount has been properly recorded and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l. Products shipped within Italy are generally delivered within 1–3 working days from the shipping date; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 3–4 working days; shipments outside the EU generally take 4–5 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Any variation from the above will be promptly communicated to the Customer via email.
