Online sales operations for FACEM S.p.A. are exclusively managed by our partner, Calicantus S.r.l., responsible for order processing, invoice issuance, and shipping of the products offered on our website.

Right of withdrawal. The Customer has a right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which can be exercised without the need to provide reasons, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items. The right of withdrawal may be communicated within the aforementioned period via the contact form. Return shipping costs are solely borne by the Customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and after agreement with Calicantus S.r.l. Goods must be returned via insured parcel with prepaid shipping to:

Packages sent cash on delivery or with freight collect will not be accepted by Calicantus S.r.l. The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase, within 14 days from receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled due to the Customer's fault will not be refunded and will not entitle the Customer to any credit equivalent to the price of the originally ordered item. If the return is due to an error by Calicantus S.r.l., shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
